Pricing
The published prices, what each figure buys, how payment spreads, and what happens to the money if plans change.
When you set these figures against another quote
Ask the other firm three questions: what gets measured before the work starts, what gets logged while it runs, and what gets measured once the work has had time to be judged. If the answers are nothing, nothing and nothing, the two quotes are for different products, and the cheaper one ends where you started: unable to say how the money changed your buyer's view of your brand.

The Brand Record and Inspections
Every path into Brandian starts with one of these: a written account of where your brand stands, delivered as a document you keep.

Where Brand Portfolio Strategy's new grouping calls for new names, Brandian does the naming as an addition, £2,500 per exercise, stated in the proposal before you sign.
Solutions
A solution combines services for a problem no single service fixes, bought as one piece of work with one measurement across all of it. It takes less time and costs less than buying its parts separately, because the shared work is done once and billed once.
Retainers
A service or solution leaves you with brand work tested against your buyer. Your brand moves forward and the work stops being tested. Upkeep and Guardianship are two yearly retainers paid monthly to protect the work you paid for:
-
Upkeep at £300 a month
-
Guardianship at £900 a month.
They're offered at the end of the project, when your second Brand Record taking has been read back to you.
How payment spreads
The Brand Record and every inspection are paid upfront in full.
Every service and solution is paid in ten instalments across nine months:

the Performance Guarantee
If plans change
-
The Brand Record and the Inspections can't be cancelled or refunded once bought. If you need to postpone, you can, once, by three months at most.
-
Services and solutions are signed as a whole, at one price. If you cancel brand work part-way, the remaining instalments fall due, less any third-party costs not yet committed. Everything delivered to that point is yours. The closing Brand Record taking doesn't happen, and the closing instalment never falls due.
-
Retainers are yearly commitments. To leave, give one month's notice. Leaving before the end of your term carries an exit charge of two months' fees; if fewer than two months remain, you pay the remaining months and no more.
-
If Brandian ever cannot deliver at all, delivery stops, you keep everything delivered so far, and nothing undelivered is invoiced.
The Performance Guarantee
Every service and solution carries a Performance Guarantee. Before you sign, you and Brandian agree the KPIs the work will be judged on, in writing, chosen from what the brand work can influence. At the end of the project, the closing Brand Record taking shows whether they were met. If they weren't, the closing instalment is discounted in full; if they were, the schedule completes as signed. The Brand Record, the Inspections and the retainers carry no Performance Guarantee.
The Brand Record and the Inspections have fixed prices.
Services and solutions have starting prices: the published figure is the price for the simplest case, and anything that makes the brand work more complex is priced in the proposal, stated before you sign, and it doesn't move after that.
